I offer client-centred nutrition and fitness coaching that is geared towards sustainable and lasting change
Unlike many other coaches, I do not put my clients on a fixed program dictated by me, that is inflexible, based on all or nothing, and pass or fail principles.
Instead, I sit down with you, look at all relevant aspects of your health and nutrition status and make a plan to go forward with you leading the way at every stage.
You are in control of your health and fitness and I am there to help guide you, celebrate your wins and overcome any obstacles that crop up along the way.
My programs are flexible and meet you where you are at; they are education based designed to empower you to take control over your own life and make changes you can stick to, forever.
I began gym training when I was 17 and fell in love with moving my body, lifting heavy things and pushing my heart rate with cardio training.
in 2008 I began my professional career with Certificate 3 in Fitness and Certificate 4 in Personal Training.
I worked in a large commercial gymnasium working on on one with clients until 2013, when I moved to New York City, USA, and worked with private training clients in semi-private studios.
In 2016 I took a break to have my son Logan who is now 8 while completing a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition with La Trobe University Bundoora. 2017 to now I have worked in private settings such as client homes, outdoors, or remotely.
Over this time I have completed a multitude of professional development courses as well as my degree, and specialise in functional and corrective exercise and weight management. I am a degree qualified Nutritionist with a Grad Cert in Public Health.
My current fitness passions are running, Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates, and I coach all 3, locally on the Mornington Peninsula. Check out my Aths coaching profile here.
